Cancellation and Returns Policies

Cancellation policy

As a valued Transglobal Express customer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day after the date you have received your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract before the withdrawal period has expired. You can do this by contacting our Customer Services team via telephone: 0345 145 1212, or email: [email protected].

Return of goods

We request that your goods are returned to us in a resalable condition within the 14 day cancellation period in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Damaged or faulty items

In the unlikely event your goods are damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team via telephone: 0345 145 1212, or email: [email protected], within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange for the replacement or refund of your order.
