Surcharges vary depending on which carrier service you have chosen. Please find a complete list of surcharges for each carrier below.

Please note that surcharges on domestic (UK) deliveries are subject to VAT.

DHL Express

What if multiple Additional Handling surcharges apply to my shipment? Only the highest surcharge will be applied. Please note that Oversize Charge will not be charged together with AHS-Dimensions but, if applicable, will always be charged in addition to AHS-Packaging or AHS-Weight.

What if multiple Additional Handling surcharges apply to my shipment? Only one surcharge will be applied based on this hierarchy: (1) Exceeds Dimensions; (2) Non-Conveyable; (3) AHS-Packaging, and (4) AHS-Weight. Please note that Non-Stackable always applies in addition to aforementioned surcharges, if shipment is in scope of the non-stackable definition.

UPS

Extended/Remote Area Surcharge Administered if the delivery location is classed as falling within an "extended" area. Additional Handling Charged for: - Any article that is not packaged in a cardboard box or that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood. - Any cylindrical item (e.g. barrel, drum, tyre) that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container. - Any package with the longest side exceeding 100cm or second longest side exceeding 76cm - Any package with an actual weight greater than 25kg. - Each package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 25kg, and the weight of each package has not been specified on the source document.	£10.15 per package, plus fuel (see Fuel Surcharge)
Large Package Surcharge Any package with an actual weight equal to or greater than 40kg, or a girth greater than 300cm.	£47.60 per package, plus fuel (see Fuel Surcharge) + billed at a minimum weight of 40kg. + billed at a minimum weight of 40kg.
Over Maximum Limits Any package with a girth greater than 400cm, or a length greater than 274cm, or a weight greater than 70kg.	£384 per package, plus fuel (see Fuel Surcharge) TEMPORARY PEAK SURCHARGE: £361 per package, plus fuel. This applies in addition to the base surcharge.
Delivered Taxes Paid (Duty Reversal) Fee An admin charge for billing customs duties and taxes to the shipper rather than the receiver. It applies in addition to any customs charges.	£32.50 per consignment

Over 5 Tariff Lines When a customs invoice has more than five tariff lines, a surcharge will be applied per additional tariff line.	£5.50
Same Day Collection Applies for scheduling a collection to take place on the same day the service is booked. Domestic shipments only and does not apply to Access Point drop-offs.	£1.20 for door-to-door services £3.06 for collection services delivering to our depot
