Transit times

The transit time for our economical An Post service is 3-4 days from our depot.

Parcels collected by us will reach our depot on the same day. Other collection options will require 1 additional working day for overnight delivery to our depot.

Customs options

We offer this service in three different flavours depending on which options are required at customs clearance. The standard service is DDU, meaning that the recipient will pay for any customs duties and taxes.

For goods valued up to €150, we offer a service specifically for IOSS-registered shippers, while for goods valued more than €150, you can choose to send DTP, meaning that any duties and taxes are billed to the sender. For B2C (business-to-customer) shippers, these options will help to ensure seamless delivery.
