Here are the results for our Q3 2021 customer satisfaction survey!

After a disruptive first half of 2021, we’re getting back on track. We’re pleased to see a small uptick in most of our ratings this quarter, placing us in good stead for the peak season ahead.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to our survey, which we sent to customers who made orders with us in July, August and September 2021.

Your feedback always helps us to improve and to ensure that our standards of service remain high.

How you rated our customer service

653 of you rated your experience of our customer service. Excluding responses of “N/A”, 88.2% of respondents rated our professionalism as Good or Excellent, 85.8% our level of knowledge, and 84.6% our quality of advice.

90% of survey respondents rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 83.6% our speed of answering emails; and 81.7% the speed with which their query was resolved.
