Services from our depot

For some of our services, carriers collect directly from our depot. This means we can offer these services at reduced rates. You can drop off your parcels one of our depots directly (located in London, the East Midlands and Merseyside), have them delivered to us, or book an optional collection from your door.

Our optional collection services are designed so that you can consolidate multiple parcels into one collection for a single fee – or for free, if you happen to be in one of our TG Courier collection zones. Please see below for more details.

Collection from your door

If you choose an optional collection service from your door, we'll give you the shipping labels for collection and relabel your parcel at our depot for the second leg of its journey. You can track the full journey using your order reference number.

For selected postcodes in North West England, the Midlands and London/South East England, you can choose TG Courier (that’s us!) - we’ll collect your parcel ourselves, and ship from our depot same day. All other (third-party) collection options will add 1 working day to the estimated transit time, to allow for overnight delivery to our depot.

The following collection options may be available, depending on your location and the size and weight of your shipment:

Booking a DPD or DHL Parcel UK collection? You can consolidate multiple parcels up to the max weight of 30kg for a single collection fee. These parcels do not need to be for the same destination or booked with the same TG service. We'll unpack and sort them all at our depot.

With TG Courier, you can add new orders to an existing collection at no extra cost, as long as you do it before the driver arrives.

Additional drop-off options

We also have these drop-off options, allowing you to leave your parcel at one of hundreds of drop-off points across the UK. A fee applies for delivery from these locations to our depot. Please allow for additional transit time of 1 working day.
