Economical mail delivery – ideal for letters and parcels

Landmark Global is a tracked mail service for parcels up to 30kg. Parcels are shipped from our depot in London and last-mile delivery is fulfilled by local carriers in dozens of destination countries. Its longer transit times are offset by lower costs, making this service ideal for non-urgent shipments.

Services to Europe take 2-6 working days depending on the destination, and 3-9 days to the rest of the world.

Customs arrangements

We offer our Landmark Global service in three flavours depending on your customs needs. The standard service is DDU (delivered duties unpaid), which means the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.

However, we also offer Landmark Global (Delivered Taxes Paid) to Australia, Belgium, Canada and Ireland, allowing the shipper to pay customs charges, and Landmark Global (IOSS) to EU countries, for shippers who are registered with the EU's Import One-Stop Shop. A range of delivery options

You can drop off at one of our depots or arrange a collection from your door. Dropping off is the cheapest option, but if you're based in London, the East Midlands or North West England, depending on your postcode, we can collect your parcel ourselves for free.
