  Landmark Global collects directly from our depot for this service. This means you have a few different options to choose from when it comes to dropping off your parcel or having it collected from your door.

  Collections from your door

  Collections from your door are arranged by Transglobal Express, with a choice of carriers. In some areas of London, North West England and the East Midlands, we will collect your parcels ourselves - at no extra cost to you.

  If you are booking a non-Transglobal collection, please add 1 working day to the estimated transit time to allow for overnight delivery to our depot.

  Drop-offs

  You can also drop off at one of our depots (or partner shops - see full list), or choose one of hundreds of DPD drop-off or UPS Access Point™ locations nationwide.

  Labelling

  If booking a collection, unless we are collecting your parcel ourselves, your shipping labels will show our depot as the destination address.

  Once your shipment arrives at our depot, we'll process it, relabel if required and send it on to its final address.

Insurance

• Up to £25 free cover included
• Standard insurance available for up to £250

Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP)

• By sending Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP), the shipper pays customs duties and taxes rather than the recipient - more info

Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS)

• You must be IOSS-registered to use this service and will need to provide your IOSS number
• Shipments sent on this service without IOSS registration will be returned to sender

Shipments to Scandinavia

• For shipments to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, most parcels will be delivered to a pick-up shop near to your delivery address.

Returns

• Please note: In the event that the receiver does not take delivery of your goods, returns can take up to 6 months for this service, as Landmark Global will hold mail at their depot until they reach volume.

  Restrictions may vary depending on the destination of your shipment. Below are the general restrictions, followed by country-specific exceptions.

  • Maximum dimensions per item: 105cm (150cm for DTP/IOSS) (length, width or height)
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 30kg
  • Maximum diameter for rolls: 40cm

  Australia:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 105cm
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 23kg

  Denmark:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 105cm (150cm for IOSS)
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 20kg

  Finland:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 105cm (120cm for IOSS); second and third longest sides 60cm
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 30kg

  France:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 100cm; second longest side 80cm; third side 60cm

Volumetric Weight

• Volumetric weight is calculated using 6000 as the divisor. How volumetric weight is calculated.

Service Restrictions & Prohibited Items

• All food, including non-perishable, is prohibited on this service
• Articles made of wood cannot be sent to Australia, even if they are heat-treated
• Shipments to Australia must not exceed a value of AUS$1,000 (click for live currency conversion to GBP)
• The service to Canada cannot be used to deliver to Amazon depots or hubs
• The service to Germany cannot be used to deliver to DHL Packstations
