Israel

Due to the ongoing conflict in Israel, disruption to all parcel services is expected. Please refer to carrier information below.

Ukraine, Russia & Belarus

All services to and from Ukraine and Belarus are suspended until further notice, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

UPS and FedEx have also suspended service to and from Russia. DHL has suspended service to, but not from, Russia.

Packing List / Customs Invoice

Please note: any international shipments received by the carrier without an accurate customs invoice / packing list may be returned to the shipper at cost. This includes shipments between the UK and EU.

The return from depot fee for TNT shipments is £15. TNT will not hold the shipment while paperwork is corrected.

DPD / TG Euro Parcel

Storm Babet has impacted deliveries in Scotland - a red warning has been issued for strong winds and heavy rain.

Most impacted areas include the Highlands, Aberdeen, Dundee, Orkney and Shetland. There is likely to be a 24-hour delay in these areas.

DHL / TG Express

DHL Express automatically applies Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA) for all UK Imports, which applies to our TG Express and TG Economy import services. More info.

Japan	An earthquake in Ishikawa Japan has caused pick-up and delivery services to be suspended until further notice in Wajima and Suzu.
Papua New Guinea	Due to civil unrest in Papua New Guinea, pick-up and delivery services will be suspended in Port Moresby.
Russia	Service to Russia suspended until further notice due to the invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine	Service to and from Ukraine suspended until further notice due to Russia's invasion of the country.

FedEx / TNT / TG International

All FedEx updates for shipments from the UK also apply to TG International (Depot). For updates for TG International (US Export), please refer to FedEx's US service page.

FedEx and TNT will be imposing a 500kg per shipment weight restriction on Express/Priority services sent within Europe from 8th August 2022 until further notice. Economy services remain unaffected.

Below are service restrictions for specific countries:

Ukraine	All FedEx & TNT services	All services to and from Ukraine have been suspended until further notice following Russia's invasion of the country. Shipments in transit will be temporarily stored in the network.

Landmark Global

Irish Intermediaries

Please note: Landmark cannot currently clear IOSS items into the EU if you have an IOSS number registered via an intermediary in Ireland. If you are IOSS registered via an intermediary in Ireland, please await further notice before sending shipments.

This is due to a synchronisation issue between the Irish IOSS database, the central EU database and local customs databases. They are working to have this resolved as a matter of urgency.

There may be delays for services to the following destinations:

Country	Service restriction / info
Australia	See Aus Post service updates. There may be delays in certain areas due to floods. The affected areas are New South Wales and Queensland.
Belgium	In the week beginning Monday April 22nd, there will be a strike in the bpost network in Belgium. This may cause some disruption.
Canada	See Canada Post service updates.

TG Economy Direct

Service to Israel is temporarily suspended as flights are being used for aid only.

Existing volume will continue to be delivered to their hub for despatch after 1st November.

UPS

Specific regions with suspended or restricted service are listed below:

Belarus	UPS has suspended shipments to and from Belarus as a result of the invasion of Ukraine.
Russia	UPS has suspended shipments to and from Russia as a result of the invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine	UPS has suspended all services to and from Ukraine following Russia's invasion of the country. Packages in transit will be temporarily stored in the network. UPS will re-establish service as soon as it is practical and safe to do so.

Some deliveries may not be possible due to the closure of shops and businesses due to COVID-19, in which case UPS will return to sender. Please note: where goods are being returned, return surcharges apply.
